Who is responsible
The operator named in the legal notice runs Micro-Ticketing. For the guest data of an event, the organiser of that event is responsible; we process it on their behalf.
Organisers
We store your email address, your events and a login session cookie (mt_session). There is no password. Login links are valid for 15 minutes and work once.
Guests
When you register we store your name, email, number of companions, your answers to the organiser’s questions and whether you were checked in. Answers to health questions are stored encrypted and only with your consent.
Deletion
Guest data is deleted automatically after the event (by default 90 days after it ends; the organiser can choose 30 to 365 days). You can cancel your registration at any time with the link in your email.
Where data is stored
On Cloudflare in the EU (database jurisdiction EU). Emails are sent through an EU email provider. We use no tracking, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
Helpers at the entrance
Helpers only see names, companions and check-in status, never emails or answers. Scanner phones keep a list of ticket fingerprints and names until the event is over.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data under the Swiss revFADP and the GDPR. Write to the contact in the legal notice, or to the event’s organiser.
